welcome to senior year!

This is an incredible time in your life! You've worked so hard to get here, you've made friendships to last a lifetime, and it's time to celebrate the person you've grown to be as you look toward the future. My goal is to capture the excitement and joy of this season of your life, and to make your session another fun memory to add to your senior year experience!

fresh, modern and personal

Gone are the days of stiff posing and plastered smiles! I work with each senior on an individual basis to plan a session that is personal and tailored to her or his interests. We want to see who you are and what makes you so awesome in these photos. I will guide you through your session so that you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Individual Session, $150

A senior portrait session includes one hour of photography at an agreed upon location, up to two outfits for varying looks, 50 final edited images, and an online gallery for viewing, sharing, and purchasing prints of your photos. Every photo is selected for the final gallery with care and edited with an artistic touch.

We will communicate prior to your session to discuss expectations, tips and how to best prepare for having your photo taken. This is a good time to ask any questions and for us to get to know each other a little better before we work together!

When should I book my session?

Senior sessions are scheduled to take place between June and October, and they take place on weeknights between 5-7pm. You should book your session as early as possible to guarantee a spot, as space is limited. I open my calendar for bookings on May 1 each year, so contact me anytime after that to check availability and book your session. Be mindful of yearbook photo requirement dates and I recommend you plan accordingly with scheduling your session.

what should i wear?

I recommend solid colors or "soft" patterns or prints (as opposed to bold). This ensures the focus remains on you! Feel free to scroll down to the gallery to see what I mean. As far as style goes, have fun with it! Casual or dressy, you want to look like yourself - there are no rules!

should I bring anything with me?

We can discuss prior to your session what you envision for your photos. You may choose to incorporate a musical instrument, sports equipment, a special clothing item, pet...it's up to you! You may also bring a second outfit to change into if you'd like to have two different looks for your photos.

how and when do I get to see my photos?

You'll receive an email with a link to your online gallery within 2 weeks of your session. All of your final, edited photos will be displayed in this gallery. From there, you may share the link to your gallery or individual images with your family and friends so they can all see how amazing you are!

how do I get prints of my photos?

You may purchase prints through your online gallery. I offer a variety of prints, enlargements, canvases, and print packages. Each image that you purchase as a print, you will also receive a digital file to keep. If you purchase $250 worth of prints, you'll receive a download pin to download and keep all digital files in your collection.

what happens in case of bad weather?

We will reschedule if absolutely necessary, but I will wait until as close as possible to make that call, since weather can change pretty quickly here in New England.
